We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please make sure that the items are returned in their original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start a return for a damaged/faulty item, you can contact us at hashtagsports@hotmail.com. If your return is accepted, Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, an order will be created for the exchange item if there is an amount to be paid the goods will only be sent once payment is received.

Refunds

Please note that you only have 7 days from receipt to begin returning your items for a refund & after this period we only offer an exchange for the value of the item.

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

The warranty does not cover:

• Yorker damage to the toe of the bat. 
• Damage that occurs due to lack of Knocking/Playing In, machine Knocking-In or inaccurate play.
• Damage resulting by bats being machine prepared outside by yourself.
• Damage that occurs due to poor preparation/maintenance (e.g. lack of toe guard, over/under oiling, etc).
• Damage due to moisture (wet weather) or heat (do not leave in car boot/direct sunlight etc).
• Damage from non-leather or composite balls (including bowling machine balls)
• Improper use (including hitting things others than cricket balls - e.g. stumps)
